Dr. Mark T. Goodnight received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. He continued his education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry where he earned his dental degree in 1999.  He completed his orthodontic residency at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 2001.

Dr. Goodnight is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, and Florida Association of Orthodontists.  He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and Hillsborough County Dental Association.

Dr. Goodnight feels it is important to be involved in the community. He sponsors youth sports teams throughout the Tampa Bay area. He also speaks to elementary and middle school students to educate them about the importance of their dental health and orthodontics.
